Google shared, that it’s rolling out AI Mode to over 35 new languages and more than 40 new countries and territories, making it available in over 200 spots worldwide. This lets more folks ask tough questions naturally, with AI handling complex stuff like multi-part queries and local language nuances. New Indian languages like Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu are in the mix, building on recent adds like Hindi. It’s all powered by a custom Gemini model for smarter, multimodal answers.
Extra Features Rolling Out
Alongside, Google’s launching Search Live in India – a camera-based chat tool for real-time help, like pointing at things and asking questions in English or Hindi. AI Mode now gets deeper engagement, with questions three times longer than regular searches. It’s great for everyday use, and India’s big voice/visual search crowd helps train it better.
